How to Participate
Step 1: Register
Registrations open from: 18th May 2026 – 24th May 2026
Participants must officially register before the challenge starts to be eligible.
Step 2: Complete 28 Days of Boost Camp during the challenge period
Challenge period: 25th May 2026 (Day 1) – 21st June 2026 (Day 28)
Participants must complete 28 days of Boost Camp using one BHK meal plan purchased after 20th April 2026.
Step 3: Take Your Before Photos
Take clear, unedited Day 1 photos on 25th May 2026
Photos should:
• Be taken in a well-lit area • Clearly show your progress starting point • Be raw and unedited
Participants may optionally submit supporting health marker results, such as:
• Blood glucose improvements • Cholesterol improvements • Liver enzyme improvements • Heart health marker improvements
Results must:
• Belong to the participant • Be genuine and unaltered • Clearly show before and after comparisons where possible • Have been recorded on day 1 and then on day 28 of the challenge.
Step 4: Take Your After Photos
Take your Day 28 photos on: 21st June 2026
For the best comparison: • Use the same location • Wear the same outfit • Use the same pose and angles • Ensure lighting is similar
Step 5: Submit Your Entry
Entries (photos or blood markers and captions) must be submitted between 22nd June and 28th June 2026

• Your Day 1 photo (as is) or blood work or CGM results • Your Day 28 photo (as is) or blood work or CGM results • A short caption (maximum 100 characters) about your experience or transformation.
