We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without written permission.

Accuracy of Information

We do our best to ensure all information on our site is accurate. However, we are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal information and privacy. When you shop with us or browse our website, we may collect certain data to process your orders and improve your experience.

This includes basic details like your name, email, shipping address, and purchase history. We only share your data with trusted third-party services necessary to run our business (e.g. Shopify, shipping carriers, email platforms).

3. Change of Mind & Order Changes

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for food items once they have left our warehouse. This ensures that every product we ship is safe, uncompromised, and handled according to strict food safety standards.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at support@bridgetshealthykitchen.com, and we will assess your claim on a case-by-case basis.

A common question we receive is whether orders can be cancelled or modified after being placed. Due to our fast turnaround times, we are unable to cancel orders, add items, or remove items once the order has been confirmed. Our team begins packing the next business day to ensure quick dispatch.

4. Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer change of mind returns, we are happy to resolve genuine issues with your order under the following conditions:

Change of Mind:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, non-food items, excluding digital products, can be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) provided they are unused and in their original packaging and ar returned within 14 days from delivery. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. Contact our admin team at admin@bridgetshealthykitchen.com for return instructions.

Incorrect Orders:

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our end, we will replace or refund the order at no additional cost. In some cases, we may provide a prepaid shipping label so you can return the incorrect item to us. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the incorrect item was received due to incorrect information entered during checkout by the customer (e.g. wrong product variant, quantity, or flavour selected by the customer), we are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement.

Damaged Items:

We assess damage claims on a case-by-case basis. If an item arrives damaged, please email us with clear photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery.

We are not liable for damages that occur once the order has left our warehouse, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Digital Products:

For digital cookbooks, eBooks and the 28-Day Boost Camp Program, no refunds will be provided once payment has been made.

Incorrect Shipping Details & Returned Parcels:

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, customers must pay for redelivery. Refunds will not be issued for returned food items, as they are perishable and cannot be resold.

For one-on-one consultations:

We offer a full refund for one-on-one consultations if cancelled at least two business days prior to your scheduled appointment. If your cancellation falls within two business days of your booking, we’re happy to reschedule your session instead. Just reach out to us at admin@bridgetshealthykitchen.com, and we’ll get you sorted.

5. Shipping & Collection Policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Times:

Orders are packed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery:

Sydney Metro: 1–3 days

Other metro areas (within Australia): 3 - 10 business days

Rural delivery (within Australia): 10 - 14 days

International (New Zealand): 10 - 14 days

We are not liable for delays once orders leave our warehouse. If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us for support.

Click & Collect:

Click & collect is available at our Sydney warehouse within two business days from the date of purchase (you’ll be notified when your order is ready)

Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, or taxes required by their country. These are not included in your order total and are not covered by BHK.

7. Boost Protocol Subscription Policy

Our Boost Protocol subscription service is designed to help you stay consistent on your health journey. Here's what you need to know:

Subscription Options: Choose between 1, 2, or 3 jars per month
Billing & Shipping: Subscriptions are billed and shipped monthly on or near your original subscription date. Please allow 1–3 business days for dispatch.
Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is always up to date. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered parcels due to incorrect addresses, uncollected items, or theft from your property. If a package is returned to us at no fault of our own, reshipping costs will apply.
Changes & Cancellations: You may cancel, skip, pause or reschedule your order at any time with at least two working days’ notice before the next billing date. Please note that rescheduling your order will reset your billing cycle based on the new date.
Price Lock: Subscriptions started before 1st August 2025 are locked in at the original price unless notified. Subscriptions started after this date may be subject to future pricing changes with advance notice.

8. 28 Day Boost Camp Terms & Conditions (Summary)

By purchasing or participating in Boost Camp, you agree to the following:

All sales are final. No refunds are provided, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Tier 2 and Tier 3 are subscriptions that renew automatically. You may cancel or pause at any time (with a minimum of 48 hours' notice before billing).
Access to Boost Camp Academy and communities ends when your subscription ends. Download any materials before access expires.
Content is for personal use only. You must not share, copy, or distribute any materials.
Results are not guaranteed and vary between individuals.
Boost Camp is educational only and not medical advice. Participation is at your own risk.
We may update or modify Boost Camp content, delivery, or platforms at any time.
Access may be revoked without refund for misuse, misconduct, or breach of these terms.

9. Australian Consumer Law – Refund Rights

Nothing in our policies limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product you purchase from Bridget’s Healthy Kitchen:

Is faulty or damaged,
Is not fit for its intended purpose, or
Doesn’t match its description in a material way.

If this happens, please contact our team at admin@bridgetshealthykitchen.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photos to assess the issue and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

In cases of minimal leaking during transit (which does not compromise product quality or safety), we reserve the right to offer a partial remedy at our discretion, such as store credit, rather than a full replacement.

We’re committed to doing the right thing, and we’ll work with you to find a fair solution in line with your ACL rights.

10. Third-Party Advertising Compliance Policy

Bridget’s Healthy Kitchen (BHK) participates in affiliate programs and may display advertisements through platforms such as Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). In compliance with these platforms and Australian law, BHK does not:

Make unsubstantiated health claims (e.g., “cures,” “100% effective,” “guaranteed weight loss”)
Use misleading before/after images or unrealistic testimonials.
Violate Section 18 of the Australian Consumer Law relating to misleading or deceptive conduct

We also comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles in our use of customer data.

All advertising content on our site is regularly reviewed to ensure alignment with:

11. Copyright & Intellectual Property

12. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability Statement

By using Bridget’s Healthy Kitchen, Bridget’s Shop, Boost Protocol and 28 Day Boost Camp websites, programs, or products, you acknowledge and accept the following:

You are solely responsible for how you use the information we provide.
Bridget’s Healthy Kitchen is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss that may result from your use of our content, to the fullest extent permitted by Australian law.
You release Bridget’s Healthy Kitchen from liability except where it cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

We are here to educate and support, not to prescribe or treat. Your well-being is important to us, and we encourage informed, responsible use of all our materials.

13. Affiliate & Paid Promotion Transparency Policy

Bridget’s Healthy Kitchen may earn commissions through affiliate links or paid advertisements featured across our website and social platforms. These partnerships help us continue to offer valuable educational content at no extra cost to you.
