28 Day Boost Camp Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and participation in Boost Camp and any associated products, services, subscriptions, and content provided by BHK Collective Pty Ltd (ABN 44 645 263 869), trading as Bridget’s Healthy Kitchen (“BHK”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By purchasing or participating in Boost Camp, you agree to these Terms.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will make updated versions available on our website.

2. What Boost Camp Includes

Boost Camp is a 28-day health and nutrition program focused on whole foods, functional nutrition, and education.

Inclusions vary depending on the tier selected:

Tier 1 (One-Off Purchase)

• One Boost Camp meal plan of your choice
• Boost Camp eBooks
• Access to the free BHK Family Facebook group

Tier 2 (Subscription)

Includes everything in Tier 1, plus:

• Access to Boost Camp Academy (online learning hub)
• Monthly group coaching calls
• Monthly Boost Bundle discount
• Bonus recipe library
• Private Boost Camp community

Tier 3 (Subscription – Bring a Friend)

Includes everything in Tier 2, plus:

• Access for one nominated friend (subject to approval and conditions)

Inclusions may be updated, modified, or replaced over time.

3. Eligibility and Use

• Boost Camp is available to individuals aged 18 years and over
• Participation is for personal, non-commercial use only
• One account per person (excluding approved Tier 3 friend access)
• Sharing accounts or access is strictly prohibited

4. Purchase Structure

• Tier 1 is a one-time purchase
• Tier 2 and Tier 3 are recurring monthly subscriptions

Subscribers receive:

• One meal plan credit per billing cycle
• Access to Boost Camp Academy during active subscription

Downloaded materials remain accessible to you for personal use only.

All inclusions, bonuses, and offers:

• may change at any time
• may be limited-time only
• are non-transferable

Early Bird pricing:

• applies only while subscription remains active
• is forfeited upon cancellation

5. Refunds and Cancellations

5.1 Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

No refunds will be provided for Boost Camp under any circumstances, including:

• change of mind
• failure to participate
• failure to download materials
• inability to attend coaching calls
• failure to use monthly meal plan code (subscriptions)

This applies to all digital products and subscriptions.

Refunds will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.

5.2 Digital Products

Once access is granted to any Boost Camp materials, including meal plans or Academy content:

• the product is considered used
• no refunds will be issued

5.3 Subscription Cancellation

Tier 2 and Tier 3 subscriptions:

• may be cancelled or paused at any time
• must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid renewal

Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.

No partial refunds are issued.

5.4 Pausing Subscriptions

• Subscriptions may be paused for up to 1 month at a time
• No extensions apply unless expressly approved by BHK

5.5 No Transfers

• No transfers between tiers
• No transfers between individuals
• No rollovers or deferrals

6. Access and Availability

Access is granted:

• from April 13, 2026 for launch participants
• immediately upon purchase thereafter

Access to Boost Camp Academy and private communities:

• remains active during your billing period
• ends at the conclusion of your subscription

It is your responsibility to download any materials before access ends

Failure to do so does not entitle you to refunds or extended access.

7. Payment and Billing

Accepted payment methods:

• Tier 1: credit card, EFTPOS, Afterpay
• Tier 2 & 3: credit card, EFTPOS, Google Pay

7.1 Payment Failure

If payment fails:

• access to Boost Camp and all associated platforms is immediately revoked
• access will not resume until payment is successfully processed

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are up to date.

Missed access due to failed payment will not be compensated.

8. Coaching Calls and Live Events

Coaching calls occur once per month

Participants will receive:

• an email prior to the call with access details
• a reminder on the day

 

BHK reserves the right to:

• cancel or reschedule calls
• notify participants via email or community channels

Replays will be available in Boost Camp Academy within approximately 24 hours

Attendance is optional and not guaranteed.

9. Community Guidelines

Participation in any BHK community requires:

• respectful behaviour
• no harassment, bullying, or negativity
• no medical misinformation
• no self-promotion or external business promotion
• respect for the privacy of other members

BHK reserves the right to:

• remove any participant from the community
• revoke access without refund

10. Health Disclaimer

Boost Camp is an educational program only and does not provide medical advice.

You acknowledge that:

• you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting
• participation is at your own risk
• BHK is not responsible for individual health outcomes

You are responsible for:

• checking ingredient suitability
• managing allergies, intolerances, or medical conditions

11. Food, Recipes and Substitutions

Recipes are designed for optimal nutrition

Substitutions should only be made:

• where necessary due to allergy, intolerance, or availability
• using the approved substitution guide

Ingredient availability may vary by location.

BHK is not responsible for:

• allergic reactions
• ingredient substitutions
• misuse of recipes

12. Results and Testimonials

Results from Boost Camp:

• vary between individuals
• are not guaranteed

Testimonials represent individual experiences and do not guarantee similar outcomes.

Following the program does not guarantee:

• weight loss
• health improvements
• specific physical results

13. Intellectual Property

All Boost Camp materials, including:

• meal plans
• recipes
• videos
• PDFs
• Academy content
• community content

remain the intellectual property of Bridget’s Healthy Kitchen.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence only.

You must not:

• copy
• share
• reproduce
• distribute
• resell
• upload
• or commercially use any content

Breach of this clause may result in:

• immediate termination of access
• legal action

14. Platform and Content Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to:

• Boost Camp content
• Boost Camp Academy
• delivery format
• coaching schedules
• platforms used

These changes may occur at any time without prior notice.

15. Termination

BHK reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without refund, if you:

• breach these Terms
• share or distribute content
• engage in misconduct
• abuse staff or community members
• provide false information
• misuse the program

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

BHK is not liable for:

• any indirect or consequential loss
• loss of income, opportunity, or results
• personal injury or adverse outcomes resulting from participation
• misuse or misapplication of program materials

Participation in Boost Camp is at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

17. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will only use testimonials, progress photos, or community content with your written consent.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
