Boost Protocol Subscription Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to Boost Protocol through the Bridget’s Healthy Kitchen website or Boostprotocol.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions set by Bridget’s Healthy Kitchen (“BHK”, “we”, “our”, “us”). Please read them carefully before completing your subscription.

1. Subscription Overview

The Boost Protocol subscription service allows customers to receive recurring deliveries of Boost Protocol on a monthly basis, with a 3-month minimum commitment. Customers may choose from:

1 jar per month

2 jars per month

3 jars per month

After the 3-month minimum, your subscription becomes a flexible month-to-month plan. You may cancel, skip, or change your jar quantity at any time, with at least two working days’ notice before your next billing cycle.

2. Billing and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date of your first order. Billing triggers the processing and shipping of your monthly order.

You authorise BHK to charge your nominated payment method automatically each month until your subscription is cancelled.

All prices include GST (where applicable). Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and subscription tier.

AfterPay is not available for any subscriptions.

We do not offer refunds for subscriptions that have already been billed unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Shipping

Subscription orders are processed and shipped on or near the same date each month, based on your initial subscription date. Please allow 1–3 business days after billing for dispatch.

To avoid delays or misdelivery, please ensure your shipping address is accurate and up to date. If your parcel is:

Misdelivered due to an incorrect or outdated address,

Not collected from the post office,

Stolen from your property,

Or returned to us due to inaction,

...Bridget’s Healthy Kitchen is not responsible for replacement or refund.

If your package is returned to us at no fault of our own, you will need to pay for re-shipment.

📦 Tip: Double-check your shipping address before each billing cycle—especially if you've recently moved.

Subscriptions are only available to addresses within New Zealand and Australia.

4. Cancellations & Changes

A 3-month subscription minimum applies. No changes, cancellations or skips can be made during this period.

After three months, you may cancel or modify your subscription at any time by logging into your customer portal or contacting the BHK team via admin@bridgetshealthykitchen.com.

Changes include skipping a delivery or rescheduling your next order. These changes must be made at least two working days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle.

If you choose to reschedule your next order, the new scheduled date will become your new billing cycle going forward (not the delivery date).

Cancellations take effect after the current paid cycle ends. No refunds will be provided for already-billed subscriptions.

You can access your subscription portal via your original confirmation email.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, our system will attempt to reprocess it. If unsuccessful, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled without notice.

It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain current.

To update your payment details, please access your subscription portal.

6. Product Availability

While we aim to maintain a consistent supply, BHK reserves the right to delay or modify subscription deliveries in the event of unforeseen product shortages. We will notify you promptly of any delays.

7. Price Lock (for Subscriptions Started Before 1st August 2025)

By subscribing now, you lock in the current subscription price for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted.

This means your price will not increase, even if the retail price of Boost Protocol changes.

However, in the unlikely event that significant external factors (e.g. manufacturing, supply chain, or regulatory costs) require us to adjust pricing, we reserve the right to do so.

Should this occur, you will receive at least 30 days’ notice via email and have the option to continue your subscription at the new price or cancel before the change takes effect.

Continued use of your subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7A. Pricing for Subscriptions Started On or After 1st August 2025

Subscriptions started on or after 1st August 2025 are not subject to a locked-in price. Prices for these subscriptions may change over time due to product cost adjustments, inflation, supply chain changes, or other business considerations.

Should pricing change, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email and given the option to continue your subscription at the updated price or cancel before the change takes effect.

Continued use of your subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Use of Product

Boost Protocol is a food supplement and should be used in accordance with the recommended daily servings listed on the product label.

If you have a medical condition or are taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.

9. General Conditions

BHK reserves the right to modify or terminate the subscription program or these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any material changes in advance.

11. Australian Consumer Law – Refund Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If your Boost Protocol product is faulty, damaged, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a replacement, store credit, or alternative product, depending on the nature and extent of the issue.

In cases of minimal leaking during transit (which does not compromise product quality or safety), we reserve the right to offer a partial remedy at our discretion, such as store credit rather than a full replacement.

Please note: Some labels on Boost Protocol jars state that the volume is millilitres (300ml). This is a labelling legacy and does not affect the net weight or content of the product. The product remains consistent in quality and performance.

To request a remedy, please contact our customer care team at admin@bridgetshealthykitchen.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue if applicable.
