Shipping & Collection Policy
At Bridget’s Healthy Kitchen (“BHK”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we strive to ensure your order is delivered promptly, securely, and with care. Please review the full details below to understand how we handle shipping, delivery, and Click & Collect services.
Processing Times
All orders are packed within 1–3 business days of receiving your order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location:
Australia
- Sydney Metro: 1–3 business days
- Other Metro Areas: 3–10 business days
- Rural & Remote Areas: 10–14 business days
International
- New Zealand: 10–14 business days
- United States: 14–17 business days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier capacity, seasonal demand, or unforeseen delays.
Shipping Responsibilities & Limitations
Once your order has left our warehouse, delivery is in the hands of our third-party couriers.
BHK is not liable for delays, loss, or damage that occurs in transit. However, we’re happy to assist you in investigating any delivery issues. Please reach out to our customer care team at admin@bridgetshealthykitchen.com with your order number.
If your parcel is:
- Lost or stolen after confirmed delivery,
- Misdelivered due to an incorrect address supplied at checkout,
- Not collected from the post office and returned to us,
you may need to cover additional postage fees for reshipment. We will always assess these situations fairly.
Click & Collect (Sydney Only)
Click & Collect is available from our Sydney warehouse for added convenience.
Orders will be ready for pickup within 2 business days of purchase.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready.
Please bring your order confirmation (printed or digital) when collecting.
