Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bridget’s Healthy Kitchen (“BHK”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer change-of-mind returns, we are happy to resolve genuine issues in a fair and timely manner. Please read the policy below for the specific conditions that apply to each product type.

Change of Mind

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes you might change your mind. Our return policy differs depending on whether you are returning a food or non-food item:

1. Non-Food Items, excluding digital products

We accept change-of-mind returns on non-food products (excluding digital products. See below), provided the following conditions are met:

• Timeframe: The item must be returned to and received at our warehouse within 14 days of your delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be completely unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
• Inspection & Refund: Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect it. If approved, we will issue a full refund for the item’s purchase price (excluding any original and return shipping costs) to your original payment method.

2. Food Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for food items once they have left our warehouse. This ensures that every food product we ship is safe, uncompromised, and handled according to strict food safety standards. Please choose carefully before confirming your purchase.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final. This includes:

• Downloadable items (Digital cookbooks, eBooks and meal plans)
• Entry to the 28-Day Boost Camp Program

No refunds will be provided once payment has been processed.

Boost Protocol Subscriptions

Refunds for subscription orders are subject to our separate Boost Protocol Subscription Terms & Conditions. As a general rule:

Subscriptions cannot be refunded after billing.

Cancellations, skips, and changes must be made with at least two business days' notice before the next billing cycle.

One-on-One Consultations

We offer a full refund for one-on-one consultations if cancelled at least 42 hours prior to your appointment.

Cancellations made within 42 hours are not eligible for a refund, but we’re happy to help you reschedule instead.

Email us at admin@bridgetshealthykitchen.com to request a cancellation or reschedule.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our end:

• We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost and may provide a prepaid return shipping label so you can send the incorrect item back to us.
• Contact us at admin@bridgetshealthykitchen.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number and a photo of what you received, if applicable.

If the incorrect item was received due to incorrect details provided at checkout by the customer (e.g., product variant, quantity, or flavour selected in error), Bridget’s Healthy Kitchen are not obligated to offer a refund or replacement.

Incorrect Shipping Details & Returned Parcels

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If your parcel is returned to us due to:

• An incorrect or incomplete address submitted at checkout
• Failure to collect the parcel from the post office or delivery depot

In these cases:

• Customers will be required to pay for redelivery of the order.
• If the returned item is perishable or unsuitable for resale (e.g., food items), we cannot offer a refund.

We recommend reviewing your shipping details carefully before placing your order to avoid any delays or additional fees.

Damaged Items in Transit

We assess damage claims on a case-by-case basis. If your product arrives damaged:

Email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Minor cosmetic issues or light leakage (where the product remains usable and safe) may not qualify for full replacement, but we may offer store credit or a partial remedy at our discretion.

BHK is not liable for damage that occurs after your order leaves our warehouse. However, we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue with the courier or provide support where appropriate.
