Returns & Refunds Policy
At Bridget’s Healthy Kitchen (“BHK”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer change of mind returns, we are happy to resolve genuine issues in a fair and timely manner. Please read the policy below for the specific conditions that apply to each product type.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before confirming your purchase.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our end:
- We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost and may provide a prepaid return shipping label so you can send the incorrect item back to us.
- Contact us at admin@bridgetshealthykitchen.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a photo of what you received, if applicable.
If the incorrect item was received due to incorrect details provided at checkout by the customer (e.g., product variant, quantity, or flavour selected in error), Bridget’s Healthy Kitchen are not obligated to offer a refund or replacement.
Damaged Items in Transit
We assess damage claims on a case-by-case basis. If your product arrives damaged:
Email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Minor cosmetic issues or light leakage (where the product remains usable and safe) may not qualify for full replacement, but we may offer store credit or a partial remedy at our discretion.
BHK is not liable for damage that occurs after your order leaves our warehouse. However, we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue with the courier or provide support where appropriate.
Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final. This includes:
- Downloadable cookbooks (Digital cookbook, eBooks)
- Entry to the 28-Day Boost Camp Program
No refunds will be provided once payment has been processed.
Boost Protocol Subscriptions
Refunds for subscription orders are subject to our separate Boost Protocol Subscription Terms & Conditions. As a general rule:
Subscriptions cannot be refunded after billing.
Cancellations, skips, and changes must be made with at least two business days' notice before the next billing cycle.
One-on-One Consultations
We offer a full refund for one-on-one consultations if cancelled at least 42 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellations made within 42 hours are not eligible for a refund, but we’re happy to help you reschedule instead.
