About BHK

We’re here to make healthy living feel clear, doable, and sustainable.

In a world full of conflicting advice, extreme rules, and quick fixes, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.

At Bridget’s Healthy Kitchen, we do things differently.

We believe your health shouldn’t feel complicated.
It shouldn’t feel restrictive.
And it definitely shouldn’t feel like something you’ll “fall off” after a few weeks.

We exist to bring you back to what actually works.

Simple, structured, real-life nutrition that supports your body in a way that feels good and lasts.

What we stand for

We’re not here to sell you perfection.

We’re here to help you build consistency.

Everything we create is designed to:

Fit into your real life, not disrupt it
Be grounded in evidence, but explained simply
Support your body, without extremes or fear-based messaging
Give you clear next steps, so you’re never left guessing

Because when you remove the noise, something powerful happens.

You stop second-guessing.
You start feeling better.
And you finally build momentum that sticks.
Why we exist

The health & wellness space can be confusing.

One day it’s low-carb.
The next it’s carnivore.
Then it’s juice fasting, detoxing, eliminating, restricting…

And somewhere along the way, people lose trust.
In the advice.
And in their own body.

We created BHK to be a place you can come back to.

A place where:

You don’t need to overthink
You don’t need to do everything perfectly
You don’t need to start again every Monday

Just clear, supportive guidance that helps you move forward, one step at a time.

What we offer

Everything inside BHK is built to support your everyday health, not overwhelm it.

From our meal plans and cookbooks to our products and services, everything is designed to work together as part of a simple, repeatable routine.

You’ll find:

Structured meal plans that remove decision fatigue
Recipes that are flavour-first, not “bland diet food”
Tools and products that support your existing routine
Education that helps you understand the “why” without overcomplicating it

Because health isn’t about doing more.

It’s about doing the right things consistently.

Our approach

We focus on what matters most:

Supporting your gut and overall wellbeing
Helping you feel more stable, energised, and in control
Making healthy habits feel natural, not forced

No extremes.
No all-or-nothing thinking.
No fear-driven messaging.

Just a steady, supportive approach that works with your body, not against it.

A note on our products

Our products are designed to fit into your everyday routine in a way that feels simple and sustainable.

Some are designed to replace what you’re already using, like swapping out refined sugar or traditional syrups for options that better support your overall wellbeing.

Others are designed to support and enhance what you’re already doing, helping your routine feel more effective, balanced, and easier to maintain.

Nothing extreme.
Nothing complicated.

Just practical, thoughtful additions that work with your lifestyle, not against it.

Meet the team

BHK was founded with a simple mission.

To help people feel better in their bodies through real, sustainable nutrition.

What started as one person’s passion has grown into a team that shares that same vision.

Today, BHK is supported by a dedicated team that:

Develop recipes and write cookbooks
Create educational content
Support our community and customers
Pick and pack your orders
And continually refine everything we offer to better serve you

While Bridget remains at the heart of the brand, BHK has grown into something bigger.

A collective effort focused on helping you feel supported, informed, and confident in your health.

Meet Bridget

BHK was founded by Bridget Foliaki-Davis, a professionally trained chef and qualified nutritionist with over 30 years of experience in the food industry.

She has worked at the highest level, including as head chef for Bill Granger, alongside Tetsuya Wakuda, and leading the VIP kitchen for Google. She also completed specialised training at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France.

But Bridget’s work is shaped just as much by her personal experience as her professional one.

After facing her own health challenges, she shifted her focus towards creating a way of eating that is practical, sustainable, and grounded in how the body actually works. No extremes, no quick fixes, just consistent, repeatable habits.

Today, Bridget is the driving force behind BHK’s philosophy. Her work has helped build a global community and includes six cookbooks (five internationally recognised), over 1,500 recipes, and the development of the 28 Day Boost Camp.

Her mission is simple.

To help people move away from confusion and extremes, and towards a way of eating that feels clear, supportive, and sustainable for life.

Our mission

To make healthy living feel clear, achievable, and sustainable for everyone.

Not just for a few weeks.
But for life.
