Our Boost Protocol Syrup GOS tastes naturally mildly sweet because it’s a prebiotic fibre made from milk sugars that your body doesn’t digest like regular sugar. It activates the sweet taste on your tongue, but behaves more like fibre in the body and has very little impact on blood sugar.
