Healthy Gut Gummies
Dairy-free | Sugar-free | Gluten-free
Each recipe makes 30-40 Gummies
Why it's delicious
Much has been written about the beneficial properties of grass-fed gelatin in our diet, which is just simply cooked collagen and the usual base of all our jellies and gummies. The only difference with these recipes is we take out all the sugar and artificial colours and flavours and make a gummy that is brilliant for our health and well-being. Plus, it's such a fun way to get something so beneficial into our bodies!
Helpful hints + tips

Ingredients
Spiced Raspberry Gummies
- 4 tea bags of a good quality natural spiced herbal tea ( I used Celestial seasonings Bengal Spice)
- 240 ml (8.1 fl oz) boiling water
- 200 g (7 oz) frozen raspberries, defrosted
- 200 ml (7 fl oz) cold filtered water
- 120 g (4.2 oz) gelatin
Chamomile + Rose Gummies
- 4 tea bags of good quality pure Chamomile tea
- 240 ml (8.1 fl oz) boiling water
- 200 ml (7 fl oz) cold filtered water
- 3 tbsp Rose water
- 120 g (4.2 oz) gelatin
Method for Spiced Raspberry Gummies
- Brew the tea in the boiling water for 10 minutes, with a lid on the cup, to keep it very hot.
- Process the raspberries in a small blender until pureed, and using a small strainer, pour the raspberries into the strainer and push through the liquid with a tablespoon into the cold filtered water. Discard the seeds and any pulp in the strainer and stir the raspberry juice through the water.
- Add the raspberry water to a jug and sprinkle the gelatin over the top of the water. Allow it to sit for 30 seconds, and then begin to stir with a fork. Pour over the hot brewed tea and discard the tea bags.
- Stir the mixture with a fork or spoon until all the gelatin is dissolved.
- Using your jug, pour the liquid into the moulds and allow the gummies to set in the fridge for 60-90 minutes until very firm.
- Pop them out of the moulds, store them in an airtight container in the fridge, and eat one a day for good gut health! They will last for a month if stored correctly.
