Homemade Instant Turmeric Chai Tea

Not only is turmeric chai delicious, but the health benefits of turmeric are tremendous! This is why I'm enjoying 2-3 cups daily of my delicious Instant Turmeric Chai Tea.
My recipe is super easy to make and produces enough blend to make up to 30 serves. I always keep a mix on hand in an airtight jar in my cupboard.
My Turmeric Chai Tea is wonderfully creamy and beautifully spiced and ensures the flavour of delicious chai is layered and well pronounced. And the best part? It's free from gluten, sugar, and dairy, making it a super healthy brew.
It's ideal for the mornings or even as a wind-down in the evenings. Either way, the more turmeric you get into your daily routine, the better!

RECIPE
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp finely ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp ground cardamom
- ½ tbsp ground cloves
To serve
- Zero as Sugar Pure Erythritol to sweeten
- Coconut milk to serve (or another dairy-free milk of your choosing)
Method
- Stir together all the spices and store them in an airtight jar for up to 2 months.
- To serve, use 1 level teaspoon in a cup. Pour over 200 ml boiling water and stir to dissolve the chai mixture.
- Add 1-2 teaspoons of Erythritol to sweeten (or fibre syrup) and top with a couple of tablespoons of coconut milk. Stir and serve.
