Now on sale for Mother's Day for 24.95 AUD. For every book purchased, you will have one automatic entry into the competition.

Already own a copy of Treat Yourself Healthy? Don't worry, as you can still enter! 

• Simply cook and post your favourite recipe from the book on our Facebook page or Instagram** with the hashtag #BHKmothersday, stating the cookbook's title, the recipe and the page number it appears in the book. The hashtag will ensure your entry.

* To enter, purchase a copy of our Treat Yourself Healthy hardcover cookbook from Bridget's Shop before Saturday, 13th May 2023, 11:59pm (AEST). Each book purchase gives you one entry into the competition; or

* Cook a recipe from Treat Yourself Healthy and post a photo of the recipe on the BHK Facebook Page or on your Instagram with the hashtag #BHKmothersday, the name of the dish and the page number from the cookbook. Each recipe cooked and tagged appropriately gives one entry to the competition under the profile it was posted.

* The total price value is $3000 AUD +, with BHK responsible for any flights, ground transportation, shopping costs and accommodation. This prize can not be redeemed for its cash equivalent.

* The competition is open globally.

* The winner will be drawn and announced live during the Mother's Day cooking class on Facebook on Sunday, 14th May, at 6:30 pm (AEST), and no correspondence will be entered into. The draw is final, and the winner will be contacted if not on the live stream at the time of the drawing.

*All photo entries agree to be used as promotional material for Bridget's healthy kitchen (BHK) in blogs, articles, online through social media channels and any promotional material produced by BHK.

** Ensure your Instagram account is public so we can see your photos

***The total prize package is Bridget in your home for the day, including a shopping trip, cooking together including staples and to dine, pantry strip down and discussion, daytime meals together and nutritional counselling or equivalent as agreed upon by both parties. Dates and times are to be negotiated and convenient for both parties involved.
