Terms & Conditions - Boost My Way Thailand Escape

1. Promoter

This competition is run by BHK Collective Pty Ltd trading as Bridget’s Healthy Kitchen, ABN 645263869 ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years and over with a valid passport.
  

• Employees of the Promoter and immediate family members are ineligible to enter.
  

• The winner’s nominated companion must be 18 years or older, hold a valid passport, and be available to fly from the same airport as the winner at the same time. Both travellers must depart and return together on the same flights.
  
  

3. Promotion Period

• The competition opens on 12:01 am (AEST), 5th June 2025 and closes at 11:59 pm (AEST) on 31 July 2025.
  

• Late entries will not be accepted.
  

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must:

1. Subscribe to the Boost Protocol subscription service (any plan qualifies).

2. Either:

   a) Create and share a piece of original content on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok that:

    – Celebrates their personal wellness journey, gut health transformation, or vision for a healthier self

    – Tags @BridgetsHealthyKitchen

    – Uses the hashtag #BoostMyWayThailand

   OR

   b) Respond to selected posts on Bridget’s Healthy Kitchen social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with a comment that meets the entry prompt. These posts will include specific calls for responses (e.g., sharing your favourite Thai dish or what you would pack if you won).

   Only responses that meet the criteria outlined in the prompt and are made by current subscribers will be considered valid entries.

   Multiple entries are allowed. Each unique and qualifying piece of content or comment counts as one valid entry.

   3. Ensure all entries (including comments) can be identified and are visible for judging. Social media profiles must be public at the time of judging.
   

5. Judging Criteria

This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.

All eligible entries—including social media content and qualifying comments—will be reviewed by a panel from Bridget’s Healthy Kitchen and judged on the following criteria:

• Creativity – originality of the content or response 
• Emotional impact – how moving, inspiring, or heartfelt the entry is
• Relevance to the theme – wellness, transformation, gut health, or glow-from-within journeys
• Authenticity and expression – honesty and alignment with the BHK community values
• Consistency – participants who share multiple thoughtful entries (content or comments) may receive higher scores
  

Written comment entries are equally eligible, provided they respond directly to an official prompt posted by the Promoter and meet all other criteria.

6. Prize

One winner will receive a luxury Thailand wellness escape for two, valued at $25,500 AUD, including:

• Return economy flights for two from the (same) nearest major AU/NZ airport as listed below:

• Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin, Auckland, Christchurch.
  

• Both the winner and their nominated companion must depart from and return to the same airport in either Australia or New Zealand, as selected during prize confirmation.

• 2-night Bangkok luxury stopover including hotel, spa & activities
  

• 2-night Phuket private villa stay with dinner & private boat tour
  

• 4-night Healing Retreat at Mangosteen Wellness Resort (9–13 October 2025)
  

• 12-month Boost Protocol supply (12 jars)

Total value: $25,500 AUD. No cash alternative available. The Prize is non-transferable

7. What’s Not Included in the Prize

The prize does not include the following costs, which are the sole responsibility of the winner and their companion(s):

• Transfers to and from the departure and arrival airports in New Zealand or Australia (which must be the same airport for both departure and return)

• Spending money outside of the included prize activities or meals

• Travel insurance

• eSIMs, mobile data, or communication costs

• Visa applications, fees, or any other travel documentation

• Additional accommodation or hotel costs (including minibar charges, room service, and incidentals)

• Retreats, spa treatments, or any other activities not explicitly included as part of the prize package

• Participants are responsible for arranging and covering these costs independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

By entering the competition, all participants acknowledge and agree that Bridget’s Healthy Kitchen is not liable for any:

• Injury, illness, loss, damage, or death occurring during or as a result of the prize or associated travel

• Loss or theft of personal property

• Disruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by external factors, including but not limited to weather, airline issues, or government restrictions

• Expenses incurred as a result of unforeseen circumstances not within our control

Participants are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance and take all necessary precautions when participating in travel-related or physical activities.

9. Winner Announcement

• The winner will be announced via email and social media on 3 August 2025.
  

• The winner will be contacted via the platform on which they submitted the winning content and via the email provided during checkout.
  

• The prize must be claimed by contacting the Bridget’s Healthy Kitchen team by email (admin@bridgetshealthykitchen.com) or the Bridget’s Healthy Kitchen social media channels (Instagram, TikTok or Facebook) by August 15th 2025, for travel confirmation or forfeited.
  

• If the winner does not claim the prize and confirm their availability to travel during the specified dates by 15 August 2025, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner may be selected at the Promoter’s discretion.

10. General Conditions

• The winner must be available to travel during these dates (5–13 October 2025).
  

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  

• All entries—visual content or written comments—remain the property of the Promoter. Entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive license to use, edit and republish their content across digital channels with credit, including but not limited to comments submitted on official Boost My Way Thailand prompts.

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute elements of the prize at equal or greater value if circumstances require.

• The winner and their nominated companion must meet all travel requirements, including holding valid passports with at least six months’ validity from the date of departure, securing applicable visas, and complying with airline, hotel, and government regulations.

• The Promoter will not be responsible for any inability to travel due to passport issues, visa denials, or travel restrictions.

• The prize is strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative travel dates.

• If the winner is unable to travel during the specified travel period (5–13 October 2025), the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another eligible entrant.

• Any costs incurred as a result of changes requested by the winner or their companion (e.g. name changes, preferred seating, itinerary adjustments) will be borne solely by the winner.

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, or misdirected entries.

• In the event of any technical or administrative issues affecting the competition (including but not limited to social media outages, website errors, or system malfunctions), the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition at its sole discretion.
  
  

11. Privacy

Any personal information provided will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and solely for administering the competition.

12. Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, or any third parties. Entrants release all platforms of responsibility.

13. Health & Travel Requirements

All participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and participate in the retreat activities. The Promoter strongly recommends obtaining comprehensive travel insurance, including cover for medical emergencies and COVID-related disruptions.

The Promoter will not be liable for costs or losses arising from changes in government travel advice, quarantine requirements, or health declarations imposed by Australian, New Zealand, or Thai authorities.

The winner and their companion agree to comply with all health and safety protocols required by airlines, accommodation providers, and event organisers.
